Butterfly Agents use SagePay which is a third party secure card payment facility. Once we take your credit/debit card details they will be stored on the SagePay system and we will be authorised to take payment for that order over separate transactions to cover for any back ordered products. When we initially input your card details the system will only authorise the transaction with the customer’s bank, it will not take payment. Payment will be taken once the goods have been invoiced and are ready for dispatch.

Please bear in mind that it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel any orders that are no longer required. We automatically cancel any items that have been on back order for over 3 – 4 months.

No charge is made for credit card payments for pro forma accounts.

Existing customers with credit accounts; please note that failure to pay outstanding invoices will result in your account being placed on hold and any backorders will be cancelled.

The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a printed copy for your future reference. All goods supplied by Blue Moon Lingerie Ltd remain the property of Blue Moon Lingerie Ltd until they are paid for in full.

All prices are subject to VAT.

A VAT number must be supplied by any international customer for VAT to be exempt.

Blue Moon Lingerie Ltd reserve the right to charge interest calculated at the current statutory rate for any overdue payment.

All returned cheques will incur a £10 admin fee.


Our Refunds

On receipt of the return, as long as it is returned to us within the 15 day period, the refund will be paid back by the same method the goods were paid for initially.
